Jack is back, is the slogan this former Michael Kors CEO is using for his newest campaign. The man who lost an unwinnable race to Senator Chris Dodd in 2004 is now seeking the GOP nomination for treasurer. Trumbull First Selectman Tim Herbst is also running.
