We are now at the half way point of the 6 week transformation we are undertaking with trainer Joe Carabase of MELT workout. At the three week mark, I have lost 10.3 pounds and my body fat has dropped from 27 % to 22 %.
The drop this past week was not as dramatic as the first two weeks, but experts say that is to be expected. I have been very good about not cheating. I made my kids pasta, and didn’t try it…not a single shell. I came into work and found a lunch room full of pizza, and passed right by those tempting pies. Ciao.
This week I plan to step my workout as we close in on that home stretch.
