The city of New Haven is picking its first new mayor in 20 years. New Britain could elect a 26 year old mayor, and a key figure in the gubernatorial race of 2010 could make a political comeback. Tuesday is Election Day 2013 and for a preview we are joined on Face the State this Sunday by Mary O’Leary of the New Haven Register ans Rick Green of the Hartford Courant.
There is no mayor’s race in Hartford this year, but the buzz at city hall is all about a federal subpoena and a grand jury investigation. It’s a complicated case so we are joined by Jeff Cohen of WNPR and blogger Kevin Brookman of We the People Hartford.
We are also joined by attorney Gloria Allred talking about the UConn rape complaints case. Watch that segment here: http://dennishouse.wordpress.com/2013/11/01/allred-takes-on-herbst-on-face-the-state/
