Grateful and Humbled

Where does the time go? This year I am celebrating 25 years at WFSB! It has been a great ride with some great people at a great television station.

I would not have made it to this point without the help of some fantastic journalists I’ve had the pleasure of working with from Providence, to Manchester, New Hampshire, to Rockford, Illinois, Kalamazoo, Michigan to Hartford.

My silver milestone coincided with a Silver Circle Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. I was truly humbled and grateful to be honored by my peers. My mom and I also got to meet Boston sportscasting legend Bob Lobel.

My long time co-anchor Denise D’Ascenzo nominated me and put together a retrospective of my career, followed by some congratulatory messages from my former co-anchors and a few others you might recognize. Here are the videos of Denise’s speech, the retrospective video, and my speech.
