It seems there are constant new developments in the proposal to build a whole new neighborhood in Hartford with a baseball park as the cornerstone. This week on Face the State, we are joined by the owner of the team that would play there, Josh Solomon of the New Britain Rock Cats. Also here, Yves Joseph, of the Centerplan Development Company, chosen by the city to build that new community that would include housing, retail and much more.

I asked the Solomon and Joseph about the financial commitments involved, the late breaking news of the city’s downgraded bond rating, and other details of the project.
