Channel 3’s Mark Dixon, a downtown Hartford resident, sent me this picture of a great store he just discovered.     “Hartford” sells men’s and women’s clothing, along with children’s apparel.    It is situated near historic landmarks and tourist destinations, with restaurants and hotels nearby.

If you want to check it out,  all you have to do is go to Paris!   Oui, as in France.    C’est la vie.
