Democrats Dan Malloy and Ned Lamont have faced off in their final debate before next Tuesday’s primary.    The  hour long debate was taped this afternoon at the WFSB studios and will air at 3PM here on Channel 3 and simulcast on WNPR.  It will air again tonight on CPTV at 8 PM, again with a simulcast on WNPR.
