Yard Goats Neighborhood Gets a Name

It’s been talked about for years as part of the development of Dunkin’ Donuts Park in Hartford, the home of the Yard Goats. A neighborhood around the park that would include housing, restaurants, entertainment, a grocery store and more.

It was initially referred to as Downtown North, or DoNo, but it now has an official name: “North Crossing.” Developer Randy Salvatore revealed the name during “This Week in Connecticut with Dennis House” on WTNH. He explains what the name means: https://www.wtnh.com/on-air/thisweekinconnecticut/this-week-in-ct-opioid-overdoses-increased-during-pandemic-new-neighborhood-near-dunkin-donuts-park/
