These images of downtown Hartford come from old film in the Channel 3 archives show mostly in 1958, and after. It shows the Front Street neighborhood before Constitution Plaza and the neighborhood demolished for I-84 and I-91.
There are also some sketches of a plan for the plaza that is vastly different than the one that was built, including a rectangular building where the boat building now stands.
