Hartford Police Officer Hector Robles scored a big victory in the Democratic primary Tuesday night, when voters nominated him for another term. Today he got some bad news: a Hartford Police internal affairs report recommends Officer Robles be fired.
According to the report obtained by Eyewitness News Robles defrauded the city out of more than $9,000 dollars.
