Hartford City Hall has been rocked by allegations and revelations this year that led to the demise of the chief of staff to Mayor Pedro Segarra. There was also the story out of the public safety complex that a dispatcher was accused of using a racial slur. Who is breaking all these stories?

An ordinary citizen who runs a security company by day, and is a blogger by night. His name is Kevin Brookman, who runs the blog “We the People Hartford.” http://wethepeoplehartford.blogspot.com/ Some of the stuff on his blog is mind-boggling, and backs up another writer’s claim years ago that “Hartford is a city with two left feet.” In an op-ed piece in CTNewsJunkie, Heath Fahle called Brookman, “Hartford’s Rising Star.”
