This Sunday on Face the State, we have an exclusive interview with the President and CEO of Northeast Utilities, Chuck Shivery.    We discuss the past five weeks since Winter Storm Alfred, what the utility learned from it, and what is changing.   I asked Shivery about rate hikes, Jeff Butler, who was the face the embattled company during the worst power outage in Connecticut history, and why Northeast Utilities has an interest in a certain politician.
