The governor’s race crisis is leading to some finger pointing. During an interview with Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz, Channel 3’s Ray Villeda asked her whether she should take any of the blame for the ballot problems in Bridgeport and about the criticism being leveled at her.
Bysiewicz told Ray “Look, the Republicans are unhappy their guy is where he is. Chris Healy isn’t having a good week, so he’s doing what he can to shift the blame.”

Dennis, I’m sure you remember Susan’s press conference earlier this week where she did everything she could to shift the blame from herself.
She is self destructing right now. It has been failure after failure after failure with her.

I appreciate her harsh honesty. In a year where Republicans cleaned up, not ONE was elected into state-wide or federal office in CT. Chris Healy is getting calls to resign as GOP Chairman, and all he can do is blame Bysiwicz and Bridgeport. What a sore loser.

Seeing as it was Healy that got her thrown out of the race for Atty. General, she’s understandably upset.
Besides; she’s a ranter-raver crazy as bat-sh** woman anyway.

Susan Bysiewicz has been a dedicated Secretary of State who not only follows the law to the letter but tries to explain in clear terms when things go awry…which she did concerning the Bridgeport voting. To say she is a ranter or crazy is absolutely ridiculous! I work the polls and she is right about everything she reported about the Bridgeport mess. As far as Chris Healy – he is just riding on the coat-tails of the Republicans. Scott is right , he is a sore loser!

Healy just got his ars served to him – not 1 win in any state-wide or congressional race. Fail.

Sorry to say its not all Susan’s fault here, Bridgeport was the screwed up party, BUT, Susan also has to take some, I’m not sure the percentage (that will come out), except for the oversight duties of the Office.
On another point– how many knew there was an alternative availed at the polls?? I am taliking about the phone balloting that anyone can use by requesting it at all of the polls.. My wife used it in Southington the last 5 elections.. By the way, the one who implemented the system–Susan B..
Did anyone investigate its use?? Media, you goofed on that one.. One precinct did use it I understand.. in Bridgeport..
Enough for now…
