The much talked about and long anticipated housing at the Adriaen’s Landing development in downtown Hartford is starting to get underway. Work has begun on the site and developer H. B. Nitkin has released the first renderings of the Front Street Lofts, which should open in 2015.

The five story lofts will have 121 units including studios and 1 and 2 bedroom units. There will also be retail on the ground floor, a fitness center, a roof deck with spectacular views, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, balconies and hardwood floors.
