Former Hartford Whalers owner Howard Baldwin is back on Face the State this weekend to talk about the future of the team, and its dependance on a new lease at the XL Center.  He also talks about the need for a renovated arena, and updates us on his quest to restore an NHL team in Connecticut’s capital city.     In addition, we hear Baldwin’s take on the reaction had by Governor Malloy and ESPN’s John Buccigross to his plan.
