I made it home from the TV station in the snow storm just fine, but a short time later I heard a loud crash.
A big chunk of a my neighbor’s tree fell onto my car, denting the body in a few spots, shattering the back window, and knocking off a mirror.
Woody has had a rough season. A parking lot attendant in Manhattan put it in the wrong part of the garage and sheared of part of the ski rack and the roof rail and dented the roof.
Thankfully it’s just a car, it can all be fixed and no one was hurt.
Thanks to Andrew Bachman of Trout Brook Landscaping in West Hartford for bringing out his chainsaw and taking away the destructive boughs.
