Bristol Mayor Art Ward is back to eating steak, but only “small pieces.”    The Democrat will be one of our guests on  Face the State this Sunday, talking about his near death experience after he choked on a piece of steak, and was later in a coma.

Ward, now 22 pounds lighter from his ordeal, also talks about his political future.
