“Good evening, Governor Rowland.”   That’s how a state worker in a union t-shirt addressed Governor Malloy tonight at the town hall meeting in Hartford.  There was a loud “ooh” from the crowd, but the governor laughed and then pointed to Lieutenant Governor Wyman.  “Jodi, you take of that.”  

The crowd laughed and then the woman apologized to Governor Malloy, saying she was nervous.
