How about interviewing someone on the following subject. Ex New Haven Chief of Police Karl JacobsonJacobson can retire and collect a pension, but that pension might be in jeopardy in the case of a criminal conviction. The real scandal isn’t just the theft — it’s a pension forfeiture system so weakly designed that a conviction might not even stop the payouts. That’s what happens when reform takes a back seat to protecting the Democratic party bureaucracy.
