This Sunday on Face the State we continued our look at the race for mayor of Hartford, with our guest being the newest candidate in the race, Joel Cruz of the Working Families party. Cruz is a native of the North End and currently serves on the city council.

Unlike the other challengers to Mayor Segarra, Cruz was hesitant to criticize the man he hopes to replace, but he did share his vision for the city.
