This scene was played out all over the state yesterday, as Governor Dannel Malloy took over for outgoing Governor Jodi Rell.      Rell’s picture was removed from the legendary “O” Club, the Officers Club inside the O’Neill Armory adjacent to the State Capitol.  

Signs, brochures, and websites are being changed this week to transition of power.
